I just love Melbourne. The suns shining, the shops and markets are never ending and there's loads to do...when you summon the energy to do it!
Took time out to catch up on our British music the other night...with Kasabian. Headed across to St Kilda to see them perform, supported by an Aussie band called Temper Trap. The gig was fantastic with the Aussie's, Irish and Brits rockin' till the late hours! Great fun.
Spent the rest of our time in Melbourne exploring Federation Square, riding the tram and generally being the tourists we are...oh until the hairdresser chair beckoned and the bars opened!
And now we're seeing what Cairns has to offer after catching a flight to the flooded North (its still roasting tho, just the odd welcomed shower every now and again!). Browsing booklets and the web...all looks good so far!
